The Samantha & Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund is an organization that awards monetary grants to in-need families struggling with infertility.
These funds are specific to IVF treatment received from a partnering fertility clinic (like Reach Fertility). See application for eligible treatment and services.
Interested in applying?
The only restrictions for applying are:
- You MUST be a legal permanent US resident.
- You MUST be 18 years of age or older.
- You MUST be an active patient at Reach Fertility
- You MUST have a diagnosis of infertility from a Reach Fertility physician.
- You MUST have seen a Reach Fertility physician within the last 6 months.

Donations are distributed as needed, and the number of grants as well as the amount of funding depends on the success of the Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund’s fundraising activities (i.e. the more money raised, the more given away).
Applications may be obtained and submitted through the Reach Fertility after an initial consultation.
All information applicants provide in this application is considered confidential and will not be shared with any agency or person outside of The Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund review board and the Reach Fertility review board.
Application Requirements
Your application must be filled out completely and truthfully. Applications that are missing information/attachments will not be considered for grant.
Attachments required to be submitted with completed application include:
- Compassionate Care application
- Personal Impact statement(s) for each applicant
- $35 application fee
- Photo(s)
- Treatment estimate

2026 Application Deadlines:
Applications must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be considered.
Selection Process
All applications submitted are reviewed for accuracy by Reach. Once those applications have been verified, The Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund will be responsible for the final review of all applications and will make the decision as to who will receive funding. All complete applications are reviewed and considered regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or national origin.

The maximum grant amount is $20,000 per household.
Grant awards may only be applied to treatment not yet received. Funding cannot be applied to balances owed or treatment that is already in progress. And grant awards are distributed directly to Reach and cannot be sent to the recipient or any outside organization (including pharmacies, third-party fees, etc.)
